In the state of Kassala, the total cases of dengue from August 8 to December 9 are 3691 with an incidence rate of  1.5\/1000. This paper aims to review how education might get affected with dengue fever outbreaks. The frequent  outbreaks and disease endemicity mean an ongoing infection through the year, for which stopping education will be  a real difficulty for schools and universities.
